Terms for a respectful network.

These terms govern your use of Affiiate, including public profiles, permanent QR destinations, member workspaces, analytics, team features, and paid plans. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account and profile

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for the information and links you publish and for activity by people you invite to your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, publish unlawful or infringing material, distribute malware, evade service limits, scrape the service, interfere with security, or use Affiiate to harass, deceive, or harm others. We may remove content or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.

Plans, trials, and renewal

Spark costs $4 monthly or $40 annually. Glow costs $8 monthly or $80 annually. Swarm costs $24 monthly or $240 annually. There is no permanent free plan. Every plan includes one 14-day trial per Stripe customer. A payment method is required; unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected price when the trial ends. Plans renew automatically for the same interval until canceled. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel or change a subscription from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the trial or paid period, after which product access stops until you start another subscription. Except where law requires otherwise or Affiiate states otherwise at purchase, charges are non-refundable.

Your content and our service

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Affiiate a limited worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service. Affiiate and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, software, and documentation.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Affiiate reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features and limits may change. If a material change negatively affects a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.

Closing an account

Owners can close a workspace from Account settings after canceling any active subscription. Closing unpublishes profiles and revokes sessions immediately. Account data is retained for a limited recovery and security period before deletion is completed, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Affiiate is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Affiiate is not responsible for third-party pages you link to. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid Affiiate in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; this limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
